Welcome to the NYU-Poly Web and Media Services Support Center

Here you can use our ticket system to submit a request to do things like update information on a Poly webpage, report a broken feature, learn about setting up a new webpage, request AV equipment or report damaged AV equipment. You can also just ask us a question.

About the ticket system: This is a streamlined way for us to serve you better. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track the progress of your request. For your reference, this system archives all of your support requests.
